I phoned TickTockTech yesterday for the first time to arrange a visit to address two issues on a 2-in-one computer that I\u2019d never faced on a desktop; and another issue on a desktop computer that I\u2019ve been unable to resolve for a month. Today, Head Technician Paulo Santos arrived. In the course of an hour, he diagnosed all three issues. I was very impressed with his knowledge and systematic approach to problem-solving. He found solutions to the issues on the 2-in-one computer, and offered a working hypothesis that we\u2019ll test for the desktop issue. I also found his explanations very clear and by the time he left I felt much more knowledgeable and in control of our computers. It was a pleasure having Paulo in our home, and we\u2019ll certainly call TickTockTech again when other issues arise.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
